1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Royal Dubai Adventures (trading as Royal Dubai, "Royal Dubai," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website at https://app191.afliweb.com and any tours, activities, or services we offer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services Offered
Royal Dubai Adventures is a Dubai Tours provider based in the United Arab Emirates, offering guided tours, excursions, and travel-related services across Dubai and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to city tours, desert safaris, water activities, and cultural experiences. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled at our discretion due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
3. Payments and Refunds
All bookings require full or partial payment at the time of reservation, as specified during the booking process. Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or other methods displayed on our website. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals forfeit the full booking amount. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services. You must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs in the United Arab Emirates during any tour. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors in your care. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or illegal manner, with no refund issued. You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at least 48 hours before the tour.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos, and branding, is the property of Royal Dubai Adventures or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission. The brand name "Royal Dubai" and tagline "Leading Dubai Tours services in the United Arab Emirates" are our trademarks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Dubai Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of enjoyment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific tour or service. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
